There’s a particular satisfaction in seeing years of experience turn into something of your own.

I recently received the first installment for a mentoring program contract through Evelyn Greer Consulting Group - and I’m taking a moment to celebrate what it represents.

Because while this may be a new chapter for my business, the work itself is anything but new.

I’ve spent years designing and facilitating learning experiences, supporting mentoring programs, coaching professionals, and helping organizations create meaningful opportunities for people to connect, develop, and grow.

In fact, I’ve delivered nearly 1,000 coaching, facilitation, and training sessions throughout my career.

Now, I’m bringing that experience directly to organizations through Evelyn Greer Consulting Group and Mentoring Worx - customized mentoring programs designed to help people connect, develop, and grow.

So this isn't really a beginning.

It's the next chapter of work I've been building toward for years.

And having an organization put a contract behind that expertise?

That feels pretty damn good.
