That's why I created Communication Worx.

Through interactive workshops, mentoring programs, and leadership development, I help people better understand themselves, connect more effectively with others, and build stronger workplace relationships.

My workshop, Leverage Your Communication Style, uses the DISC behavioral framework as a practical tool - not to label people, but to help them communicate with greater intention, build trust, and strengthen collaboration.
